With this, it is the only company that offers a complete solution in craft cachaças for both bars and restaurants, as well as for retail.
Valuing the different regional traditions in the production of craft cachaça, the individual characteristics of each type of drink and respecting their time from the cultivation of cane to delivery at points of sale, Natique’s brands originate from five selected mills, within three important Brazilian producing regions – Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
CACHAÇA SALINÍSSIMA
Saliníssima values the culture of cachaça and is one of the traditional and authentic cachaças produced in the Salinas region. With characteristics of a genuine craft cachaça of high standard, Salinissina is an alternative to the palates that seek simplicity, rusticity and tradition in balance with modern life and the best things in life.
The aging process, in balsam barrels, gives the drink a soft, woody flavor. The color and vigorous body reflect the care taken to cultivate the original production practices of crafts cachaças from Minas Gerais.
The brand has two varieties: Saliníssima Ouro, aged in balsam barrels, a Brazilian wood, and Saliníssima Prata, a white cachaça ideal for cocktails and caipirinhas.
Inspired by its Minas Gerais origins, from its name to its essence, Espírito de Minas is produced on a colonial farm in the small town of São Tiago. The artisanal production process strictly follows the traditional recipe of cachaça from Minas Gerais of the highest quality, following the tradition from the planting of cane, through to fermentation, with traditional yeast (cornmeal), to the distillation in a copper still.
Espírito de Minas was a pioneer in aging cachaça in oak barrels, a wood of European origin that ages the best spirits in the world.
The brand has two options: Espírito de Minas Traditional, a soft and lightly woody cachaça, and Espírito de Minas Ouro, a cachaça aged in selected oak barrels.
CACHAÇA SANTO GRAU
The Santo Grau Cachaça was created from a rigorous selection of the most traditional and small historical mills in the country. Valuing each origin and its history, the brand counts on the tradition passed from generation to generation through the masters of the stills and their families. Santo Grau Cachaças have artisanal production processes, which follow the tradition of each producing region. Starting with the planting, harvesting and careful mulching of sugar-cane, through to traditional fermentation methods, using natural yeast. In distillation, made in copper stills heated by manually controlled fire, an average of 15% of the initial volume of the sugar-cane juice fermentation is used, the best of the Coração (heart) of the Cachaça.
Produced in three different mills (Coronel Xavier Chaves / MG, Itirapuã / SP and Paraty / RJ), and divided into three different lines, Santo Grau cachaças carry the distinct characteristics and features of each origin and each producing family in every sip.
